Things to keep in mind when considering the purchase of a pre-owned Pennsylvania manufactured home:
1. Discovery Homes Inc. will disclose and discuss openly and honestly the condition of all homes to the best of our knowledge. You are always welcome to order a home inspection.
2. Though you may not be able to find all that you want in a home at the present time, you may want to consider "baby steps" and upgrade in the future. We can help you if that is something you want to consider.
3. Don't let the asking price discourage you. If you're interested in a home, by all means, make an offer. All reasonable offers will be considered.
4. If you can't find a home in the location that you need, Discovery Homes Inc. will do our best to find you a home or repossession and relocate that home in the area you need to be. We service all of the counties listed above and beyond.
5. Pictures are a great means to give you a general idea of the layout of the home, landscaping, lot, etc. but sometimes pictures just don't do the home justice. Give us a call to set up a showing of the home you may be interested in.
These are pre-owned homes. If you can't find a home in the area you need; you may want to consider a new home. Open lots are available in various communities in which a new, used or a repossessed single or double wide mobile home can be relocated to the area of your choice.
